Varone Waterfalls, Lake Tenno

A loop that starts from Dro and descends towards Garda, touching Riva del Garda before climbing back inland. The route touches the area of the Varone Waterfalls, one of the most evocative natural attractions of Garda Trentino, and then faces the climb towards the Tenno plateau along the Provincial Road of Monte Tombio. After the climb, the tour reaches the area of Canale di Tenno, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, a stone's throw from the famous Lake Tenno, with its turquoise waters set in the mountains. The return descends through the countryside of Tenno and Cologna, and then closes the loop passing through Arco and finally returns to Dro.
